Online Activities:

Obtaining a Card
To receive your card, simply click on "Card Sign-Up" and submit the online registration form. Following issuance of your card you are given a user name and password to your card account. You will also provide a SoftCard number and a secure PIN code. Write down or print a copy of your SoftCard account number and carry it with you. To use your SoftCard, first enter your card number, and when directed, on the PIN pad, enter your secret PIN code. Always protect your PIN code and password from compromise. You are responsible for the results of any use of your card, your password or your PIN code.

Changing the PIN code
To change your PIN code log-in to your card account at this website and select "Access Controls" and then follow the procedure to change your PIN code.

To change your account password log-in to your card account at this website and select "Access Controls" and then follow the procedure to change your Password.

Transferring Money to another SoftCard
To transfer money to another SoftCard, commonly known as a card-to-card transfer, log-in to your card account at this website and select "Load Money onto a SoftCard" and then follow the procedure to transfer the money. Someone with another SoftCard or an authorized prepaid ATM debit card can add, or load money onto your SoftCard by performing a card-to-card money transfer with your SoftCard being the destination of the money transfer.

To transfer money to a credit or debit card that are authorized for use on the PINPAY Network, log-in to your SoftCard account at this website and follow the procedure to transfer the money. Currently Master Card, Visa and Discover cards are authorized.

Transferring Money From Credit or Debit Card to SoftCard
To transfer money from a credit or debit card to SoftCard simply og-in to your SoftCard account at this website and follow the procedure to transfer the money. Currently transfers from Master Card, Visa and Discover cards are authorized.

Making Purchases at an Online Store
SoftCard holders can make online purchases at participating PINPAY merchant's online stores. The payment is made using the PINPAY payment button at the merchant's online checkout page.

At the checkout page, if a merchant requests a card number, provide them with your SoftCard number. Select the PINPAY button for payment of your online purchase. After confirmation of your payment details a secure PIN pad will appear on your computer screen. It will include information about your purchase transaction and request you to enter your PIN code by moving your mouse over the correct PIN number and clicking on each number. The numbers on the PIN pad will be shuffled with each of your entries, so be careful to find the correct PIN code number before clicking.

After you complete the entry of your PIN code numbers, click on submit. Your private PIN code is securely collected and delivered to the network using private, highly secure data tunnels. Your encrypted PIN code is never seen, received or recorded by the online store merchant.

Your purchase transaction data is delivered to the SoftCard processor with the request for payment. If adequate funds are in your SoftCard account the purchase transaction is approved and you are notified. Should your card account hold less funds than are needed to complete the transaction, or certain restrictions apply, you are notified.

Paying a Bill
You can pay an outstanding bill to any merchant who is a member of the PINPAY Network. To pay a bill to a merchant log-in to your SoftCard Account at this website and select "Pay a Bill or funds to a Merchant" and then follow the procedure to pay a bill.

Transferring Money to a Merchant or Other Party
To transfer money to a PINPAY member merchant, log-in to your SoftCard Account at this website and the procedure to transfer the money. Note that a PINPAY member merchant can be any association, partnership, company, affiliation, individual, organization, business, employer, government agency or other entity.

Setting up an Auto Bill Payment
You can establish an automatic payment of a defined amount to any merchant who is a member of PINPAY. You can have the payments made weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually. To setup, or stop an automatic bill payment, log-in to your SoftCard Account at this website and select "Manage Auto Bill Pay" and then follow the procedure to setup, change, or review or stop your auto bill pay program.

Print copy of SoftCard
Yoy may print the copy of your SoftCard and carry the copy with you. The print copy does not include your card account user name, password or your PIN code which you are to keep secret.

Print cash deposit slip
PINPAY is establishing the relationships with certain banks which will allow you to visit a branch of the bank and make a card load deposit to your SiftCard. To make such a deposit requires a special cash deposit slip which can be printed by selecting the print deposit slip procedure.

In-Store Clerk Assisted Activities:

Loading (Adding Money to) a Card
You can load (add money to) your SoftCard at participating PINPAY merchants. You add money by providing the merchant with cash. Some merchants may also accept a credit card, debit card, check, money order or other form of payment. The counter clerk will ask you a few questions and complete a card loading form. A store supervisor will approve the transaction. Thereafter, you will be asked to review and approve the transaction by the entry of your SoftCard PIN on the secure PIN pad. Some of the prepaid ATM debit cards which are authorized for PINPAY use can also be loaded in the same manner at participating PINPAY merchant's stores.

Withdrawing Money from a Card
You can withdraw cash from your SoftCard at participating PINPAY merchants. The counter clerk will ask you a few questions and complete a card withdrawal form. A store supervisor will approve the transaction. Thereafter, you will be asked to review and approve the transaction by the entry of your SoftCard PIN on the secure PIN pad.

Transferring Money to another SoftCard
You can transfer money to any SoftCard by providing the counter clerk with either the cash to facilitate the transfer or you inform the counter clerk you want to transfer funds from your SoftCard to another SoftCard. The counter clerk will ask you a few questions and complete a money transfer form. A store supervisor will approve the transaction. Thereafter, you will be asked to review and approve the transaction by the entry of your SoftCard PIN on the secure PIN pad.
