Higher SoftCard Account Limit
To qualify to increase your SoftCard account dollar limit above $500 USD you must scan and electronically submit a copy of two (2) government agency issued photo identification cards. The photo identification cards may be any two government issued photo identification card. Upon receipt, review and acceptance of your submittal the amount to be stored on your card may be raised. There is no assurance that any request to increase the amount will be granted or, if granted, that it will not be revoked. Ownership and use of the PINPAY SoftCard is granted according to the terms and conditions of the card agreement. If you have a bank account, providing the name on the bank account, the name and address of the bank and your bank account number will assist in approving your request for a higher card account limit.
To receive approval submit your scanned photo identification cards and any other supporting information by email to:

You must also complete and submit online form in your Softcard holder area which indicates your name, account number, the new limit you desire and other information.
