Various authorities and agencies, including the United Nations, place restrictions on the flow of currencies from and/or to specific countries, parties and websites. SoftCard and the PINPAY Network operates in full compliance with these restrictions.
Restricted Countries:
PINPAY prohibits purchase trasactions and money transfers to or from the following countries:
Balkans
Belarus
Burma
Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast)
Cuba
Democratic Republic of the Congo
Iran
Iraq
Liberia
North Korea
Sudan
Syria
Zimbabwe
Restricted Parties:
PINPAY prohibits SoftCard ownership to any party who's residence is located in a restricted country; restricts money transfers to and from individuals who are located in a restricted country; or who are on a restricted parties or business list.
Restricted Websites:
PINPAY prohibits money transfers to and from websites and merchants who operate website which are listed on selective restricted access lists and restricted money transfer lists. These restricted lists include the blocking of certain online gambling websites from the transfer of money which originate from countries who have online gambling access restrictions.
